It would also be a very good idea to get plenty of skin food. Skin food is: healthy fats like cod liver oil, flax, Udo's Choice, coconut, olive. At least 3 tablespoons of assorted oils a day. use liberally on salads and in the Protein Shake and you should get a good amount.
Be sure to get the cod liver oil because that has the vitamin A that all mommies need copious amounts of for them and their baby's health. :)
