Home Colonics question!

Hello everyone

I have a few questions - they might be genral but I have no idea what the answer is : )

1) The home colema boards- I have seen the tubing on a picture on the internet and it seems that thhe colema is open- there is no big tube to carry away the fecal matter...is htat so or there is a tube that comes with the board?

2) IS there a book about massaging the qbdominal area that someone ca nrecommend- i;m looking for appropriate massaging during the colema ?

3) Now this is a very specific question- Yesterday and the night before i had pain on my right side, on the level of hte belly button but to the right and the side of the body..any suggestions? now i think it;s gone- but htat;s after i did a couple of enemas yesterday : ) ..so maybe it was trapped fecal matter ..but the pain was really on the side?

Also, I relally recommend the ACV enema- drop two tbs ACV and 1 tbs Sea Salt - it takes away the stuff from inside!
