Feeling Better, But Extremely Tired

Well, it appears my body has finally recovered from the hell I have been through the last six weeks. I am no longer nauseasous and can eat without pain or discomfort. I found that drinking the peppermint tea and adding two garlic gloves and two tablespoons of flax oil to my superfood helped a lot. I also added an additional glass of superfood in the afternoons. It is weird, but I think it tastes better with all that garlic in it! I still don't have much of an appetite, but am making sure I am eating regularly so as not to lose more weight. In fact, my weight has now stabilized and I have gained 3 pounds. I need to put back on at least 5-7 more pounds to get back to my healthy weight.

Since things have settled, I find that I am extremely tired. I wake up tired, feel more awake/more energy mid morning, then crash again mid afternoon. I can barely stay awake past 8pm. I purchased Emer-gen-C and took it for the first time yesterday. Tangerine flavor. Not much taste to it and I didn't notice much after drinking it. It says it is supposed to help with energy and I know you often recommend it. How often is it suggested to take this? Any suggestions on what to do for low energy/feeling tired? I will certainly take this feeling over the hell I have been through, but it would be nice to get rid of this as well :) Perhaps my body is exhausted from warding off my disfunction over the last month and a half. I just don't know.

Thanks!
