You will notice that it comes with all the herbs needed, cherry concentrate and supplements needed. The only thing left to buy is the fresh parsley and possibly glass containers to put the tea in once made.

To make the tea requires boiling the herbs and letting them steep for a few hours, and reboiing. I felt like I was a chemist making a magic brew the first time.

You drink a cup per day spread out throughout the day. I drink mine in a jigger glass during each meal. Then you take the supplements provided at the required time as per instructions. The used herbs can be frozen and used one more time.
