Re: colonix question
Oh sure, nothing works well for EVERYone, we're all too individual and unique for that to ever happen! :) But I must say the majority like the program, and now that I have tried it, I really like the fiber mix part. I don't do so well with the tea myself, Vata people don't do well with Senna it's too strong and I've never had a problem with constipation anyway.
If you've never really had a problem with constipation, always had at least one BM a day, consider not drinking the tea and finding a substitute. Triphala and dandelion tea is a great alternative. Triphala is the gentlest, non-dependency forming laxative out there. It helps to take a little bit of laxative when adding fiber to keep it moving. If constipation is an issue then a bit more intervention may be required, such as prune juice and fennel tea. Severely constipated people should start out wtih
colonic irrigations or an oxygen-based cleanser like Colosan and THEn switch to fiber/herbs.
Hopefully the creators of Colonix will come up with a second kind of tea for those people who don't do well with Senna. I have corresponded with the owner of the company and he's very open to new ideas and such, really a great guy who took his soy product off the market as soon as he learned the truth about soy, so who knows? it just might happen! :)
