Triglyceride question

I just wanted to get your opinion on flush type regimes and supplements for bringing down triglyceride levels. I do not want to go back to the meds.

I did one Liver Flush in June with good results - about 150 to 200 stones, including one stone that looked like a mini cigar. I'm pretty sure this particular stone was blocking a hepatic duct; it looked about 5-7mm thick and about 20-25mm long, with lots of grey, black and green and brown, and was fairly solid. Several translucent red stones, some of which were embedded with red worm like things, were passed at the same time and after this particular villain. I think the flush helped considerably, as my last blood test indicated a 385 pt. drop in total TG's without medication. Problem is my TG levels are very flaky.

I would like to continue a Liver Cleansing protocol, but am not so hot on doing another flush. I am currently taking lecithin (1200mg 1x/day) and milk thistle. I'm also drinking about 20 to 22 oz. of organic apple juice a day. I've also tried to cut way down on bad foods and have started moderate exercise. I've dropped about 15 pounds since my flush through diet changes and am probably very, very close to my target weight (5' 9" & 168 lbs.). What else can I do to "flush" nasty blockages from my liver (like I got from my first flush) without actually doing a flush protocol?
