Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Any knid of help with this disease would be appreciated. I was just diagnosed 2 weeks ao and am still under going tests. One left for pleural fluid to see if it has cancer cells in it. Really scared and really don't know what to do and what treatments are out there beside chemo and surgery even if that is possible in my case.
