Colosan and Oxypowder don't mix well with Bentonite clay. Bentonite clay covers the walls of the intestine and gently works off any impacted fecal matter. Colosan/Oxy will try to do their thing, which is to release oxygen that dissolves the fecal matter,a nd the clay will be there in the way. So if you wish to mix both, don't use the clay. Or do an entire bottle of Colosan only, then switch back to fiber shakes. Tweet
