Finger nail ridges?

I ahve vertical ridges on both of my thumb nails. Ive had this problem for about three years. the ridges started small, then eventually grew larger, and now are almost as wide as my finger nail. Ive tried vitamins, nail fungus stuff, and lotions, but nothing seems to work. I want to get rid of these ridges for good. What should I do? Tweet
