Questions about best cleansing

Hi! My naturopath tells me I have parasites, he is in the throws of helping me rid myself of them, and I know a cleansing is on the agenda. Waht worries me is how it is going to feel. I have had a really bad case of vertigo which has been fixed now, but I am a little reticent about doing anything which will bring on nausea again. Also I have reflux, so am hoping it will kills two stones with one bird!!!!lol, hope someone can help with a bit of reassurance! Gill Tweet
