2nd Flush

After my first flush, I had more or less constant mild pain
in the liver/BG area. This was worse than what it was prior
to the 1st flush. It started just as the Epsom Salts wore
off on the 2nd day, so I figured that a stone was stuck.
I decided to wait 2 weeks before trying another flush, and
put up with the discomfort since it was pretty mild.

I did the 2nd flush a week ago, and that solved the problem!
The first 2 stones I got out were both 1/2" across, so those
must have been the stuck ones. It felt kind of raw/sore
in the duct area for a few days, but that passed. I have
been pain free ever since.

I got out maybe 30-40 good sized (pea to 1/2") stones both
flushes and lots of smaller ones. I used Hilda Clark's
recipe, but for the 2nd flush I cut the Epsom Salt dose
in half. I thought the first doses weren't enough, as I
wasn't totally cleaned out when the stones started coming
out. I had to stir up the toilet water to get the stones
to rise up to the surface, which was inconvenient. But
on the plus side, I wasn't up half the night with diarreah.
I didn't start going again until late the next morning, so
the stones came out a bit later than the first time. But
this time, my diarreah lasted 3 days! That doesn't make
sense, as I only had used half the regular dosage of
Epsom Salts . Maybe I'm more sensitive to it.

Next time, I think I'll use 2T of Epsom Salts for my first
dose and then 1T each time after that. Also, the epsom
salts taste a lot worse the 2nd day, so next time I'm not
going to mix up the epsom salts until I need them. Maybe
it's not totally disolved yet and that's why it doesn't
taste quite so bad.

My first flush I got out some smaller tan stones, followed
by many green stones. My last flush was all green stones.
I think the stones may be coming from my liver and not
the gall bladder area, since I was having pain all over
the liver area and not just the BG/Duct area.

I'm still a bit skeptical of this whole thing. Even my
alternative MD who does a lot of alternative remedies,
thinks the stones flushed out are an olive oil mixture.
So that's always in the back of my mind. But I've tried
using the very light olive oil (pale yellow) and I still
get out bright green stones. So I don't think it's the
oil. But then again, bile is brown-yellow color, not
green, so then why are the stones a very bright green?

I plan on continuing the flushes on a monthly basis for
while. They do take a lot out of me, and it takes me
4-5 days to feel fully recovered. A few days after my
second flush, I developed worsening cold symptoms (cough,
runny nose, slight raise in basal body temperature which
lasted about a week). I've had the cough for 3 months
now, but everything got worse the week after the flush.
Now I feel back where I was.

Also wondering how much this stresses the liver. I've
heard this can throw of liver labs. I'm scheduled to
get my liver tested for another reason next week, so
just wondering what the chances are that they might be
off.
