Immediately I see a hole in that story - in the 7 or so seconds that I spent reading it. That leads me to think there could be more that would become apparent on spending more time reading its details. The Zapper, that this story describes as having "badly burned the skin" of a claimant, is a small unit powered by a single 9 volt battery, and having used one for over a year I can state without doubt that it cannot "burn" the skin. It can scarcely be felt even when left on the skin for lengthy periods of time. Not sure where you found this story, but I wouldn't put too much stock in what the claimant's views were.
