Help! Low cost zappers?

After doing the Master Cleanse, I became interested
in zapping. I looked up the store and the zapper runs around 160$.

I found someone on ebay selling them for about 80$:

80$ is kind of steep for me but 160 is out of my price range.

I'm eager to start zapping while I'm still feeling
great from the Master Cleanse.

Anyone have any luck getting zappers from this person?
How do I know if it's built correctly?
