last liver flush..results

I completed the Liver Flush on fridad nigh saturday morning. I passed a few small stones, and some medium size. Nothing special. Later I passed a stone that was three cm long and one and a halp cm wide. Is this of any concern? This is the largest one by far and I am wondering what the implications are for my health. I am in good shape if such a big one came out. Do very healthy people produce such large ones? Besides this stone nothing special came out. The oil felt fine and I felt a pop on my left side.like a spasm spitting something out. I figure this was the large stone exiting the bile duct. Anyway, what does it meanfor health to be rid of a large stone..is it etter than eliminating a lot of small and moderate ssize ones?
