where do you start?

Hi, I'm new and have read some of these posts. I am confused as to where to really start. I already threw out my solvents and read most of Dr. Clark's "cure for all diseases". I also want to know, how do you escape the home environment toxicity issue. For example, in my apartment, there is fiberglass insulation, freon coolants, and copper pipes...these are things I cannot change since I rent. I am eager to hear what others are doing to deal with these challenges and how do you fund the costs to making the change to becoming healthy. I am a person with limited means presently (due to being too sick to work) are there "system" loopholes to getting "insurance" to pay for some of this? Ok that's a start for now. Thanks. Tweet
