..locating"truth"..how?

....on searching the Federal Trade Commission web site..........

1. How do you locate the government truth at ....www.ftc.gov/opa/2003/01drclark.htm

2. I went to that web site and there are at least 6 major categories to look into with each category having multitudinous sub categories to read. In which main category and subcategory is the FTC's news article that describes Dr. Hulda Clark revealing her to be an alleged con?

3. I used the search feature with several variations of Dr. Clark's name but it returned nothing. Are there key words or dates to be used?

A person cannot decide what the truth is having heard only the good side or only the bad side (the allegations of being a con) of a story. If someone knows where it is, perhaps they could copy and paste it here with their comment. I couldn't find it.
