I already realized how yukky this stuff is when I take it too much:) I haven't got past three to four drops in a glass with the 17.5% and I think some reactions are already surfacing. I know what you mean - it got to go worst before it gets better?:( My stomach was a bit grumbly and I see it on my face and skin too!
I'll try to go slow although looking at this chart here
