We went to Porthmadog in Snowdonia and went by train from Nottingham so took 6 hours to get there. The last part of the journey was the old steam train line from Blauneau Ffestiniogg to Portmadog. It was really lovely. Haven't been to that part of Wales since I was a child and forgot how lovely it is :)
Yes isn't Welsh water lovely and soft!! Took ages to rinse the soap off though!!

Thanks for the tips :) Perhaps I will take my enema bag next time, though not sure if it would be practical to use on holiday, or at least in a B&B with a shared bathroom which is how we went this time! How do you manage? I did have good colon supplement with me and with all the water I drank and walking I did I ended up having loads more BMs than ususal!!! Kept that gut dysbiosis under check ;)

Cholachol sounds good but couldn't find much info on it on google, could you tell me a bit more about it?
