Re: colosan while PB shaking

I am taking Holistic Horizons. It contains: rosemary, chickweed, cloves, plaintain, bayberry bark, irish moss, corn sil extract. The bulking agent contains: Psyllium , onion, dandelion root, spirulina, cloves, calcium pantothenate.

Do you know if any of the above ingredients could interfere with colosan?

If so, should I just do one at a time? Reason why I am taking colosan is to help my constipation caused by all the Bowel Cleanse formula.

I tried colosan last night before dinner and before bed (together with my husband). It didn't seem to do much for me (no diarrhea), only softer poop. But for my husband...poor thing.. been going to the bathroom all day...heh (and this is his first cleanse ever in life!)
