Re: Phases of the Moon

Thanks for that Shelley :)
I've been learning about the influence of the planets and the moon on my course....we always start the day with a look at the current influences and where we are in the lunar cycle. I bought the book 'Moontime' by Johanna Paungger and Thomas Poppe recently which is really interesting and covers this subject in depth. It has a moon calender in it and it gives advice about what to concentrate on health wise depending on where the moon is eg in capricorn, libra or whatever. I never knew anything about the influence of the moon apart from stories about wolves etc!!! Of course why wouldn't the moon be an influence since it moves the tide and as we are 70% water, it's bound to influence the movement of fluid in our bodies!!
Now I notice how I'm feeling around the full and new moon and do notice changes. Sometimes I really do feel like crazy! I was actually born a few hours after a full moon on 7th January 1966 (I checked it out on a website). Perhaps it triggered my birth! I wonder if it's particularly influential for me for this reason. It's a full moon tomorrow and it's a capricorn day which is my sun sign so I wonder whatever I do might be particularly beneficial eg fasting?
Also isn't the waning moon the best time for detox and full moon is the best time to get pregnant?
