Ornithine and hot flashes

My sister-in-law came to visit this week. She was complaining of being tired and not able to sleep well at night. She was also having hot flashes.
I gave her four 500 mg Ornithine capsules. After only two nights of using it she was able to sleep well at night and her hot flashes were less noticeable. I hope this might help someone here on this forum. She is going to buy a bottle of the Ornithine and see if it has a long term beneficial affect. She was so impressed with it she is also going to send her sister a bottle for her to try.
