Well, I now have both Holistic Horizon and Colonix progams here at my house, the HH came before the Colonix. Figured I would mix and match both to a certain extent.

So, I had this pill with acidophillus in it and psysllium, when I take just one pill I get a headache. I took that for awhile and wanted to start a real bowel cleansing program. So I was weighing in on HH and Colonix, ended up buying both.

So, getting back to the headaches. I narrowed it down to directly being from the acidophillus. If I just continue with the psyllium, will that release some of the garbage...then add in acidophyllus and the headaches wont be so bad? I got the Emergen-C you recommended, so I hope that helps once a headache starts, I also have detox bath stuff.

Had my first HH shake yesterday, no headache thus far and I actually feel pretty damn good today. Better than I have been feeling in a few months. Perhaps it's also the Chlorophyll kicking in which by the way I am beginning to swear by as something I may take every day from now on.

Just did my second psyllium shake...may do this, take paranil from COlonix, do a HH shake and use the tea from colonix at night.

But not sure if adding Paranil is gonna give me headaches, It's gonna be a nice weekend so I may do paranil on monday. Tweet
