Hot Flashes

I know this is not the hormone forum, but do you have any recommendations for dealing with hot flashes, and menopause symptoms. Johnny Vegas recommended S.E.L.F. to me, but I was wondering if you had anything else to suggest. I am currently taking estrovan, (are you familiar with it?) but it has soy in it and it is starting not to work, and I also do progesterone cream, which has not worked very well either. Tweet
