If you get real, organic raw ACV with "THe mother" it's the best anti-septic there is, there can't be any mold, mildew or fungus in it because the bacteria would eat it up. Only refined vinegars are dead foods and thus have bad acids. Real vinegar doesn't have any Sugar for the fungus to eat.
