Hiya Dutchdude! Yep, anything with magnesium oxide or mag-something is similar to Colosan. It helps to drink lemon water with the dose to increase the oxygen release.

You can definitely take it up until the liver flush, then stop and just flush and get the colonic. Colosan type products clean botht eh small and large intestine while colonics just clean the colon.
