Hey guys!

I was feeling pretty depressed today cause I've had a bit of a set back with my healing crisis. Just when I thought I was getting better, WHAMMM it's back to feeling like death warmed over again.
Anyway, I was shopping for a Father's day card in this little boutique and I came across a fridge magnet that lifted my spirits. It read:

" The caterpillar wept because it thought that it's world was over.... and then it became a butterfly. "

I hope that it inspires some of you, the way it did me.
