Re: One quick question

> I have done one liver cleanse and want to do another one in a couple of weeks. My question is this: Drugstores sell a 10 oz bottle of magnesium citrate. Could this be used instead of the Epsom Salts before and after the olive oil mixture is consumed? I think it might taste better.

I have only done one liver cleanse so far, and have used the magnesium citrate instead of the Epsom Salts . I read about someone using it on Amazon.com who was doing a review of Hulda Clark 's book, The Cure For All Diseases .
It doesn't taste that bad at all, it is just a little too carbonated for me. I imagine it tastes MUCH better than the Epsom Salts , though. I am planning on using it again this week to do my 2nd cleanse. I was only slightly nauseaous on the 1st cleanse when I used it, but I also used walnut oil instead of olive oil. It has a very mild taste compared to the olive oil, and probably helped with the naseau. (I HATE being nauseaous!!)
As far as how well the magnesium citrate works in comparison, I am no expert, and am taking a chance by making all these changes in the program. It seems to have the same results as the epsom salts do, though. I went to the bathroom PLENTY of times that night! I did get some results, also. I got some stones out and felt really good and cleaned out for the next few days.
I hope this helped!
