Hi Shelley. I'm still doing the high doses of "C" and probably will continue with the program until I reach the health I desire. It took me 45 grams of ascorbate C to flush, and I'm doing about 30 grams per day right now. I weigh 185 lbs. Looking forward to today's colonic.
