Absolutely. Great exercise. Since it's low impact, it helps build bone tissue as well as muscles. Just be sure to walk it off afterwards, to keep your ligaments flexible. And try to vary your jumps sometimes so it's not totally repetitive. You know, like skipping, sometimes. :)
