I was 150/80 August 2001, went on a veggie diet for three months [clean out]and since then i have eaten a balanced diet of meat, fish [not farm], eggs,butter, fruit and veggies, very little or no grains, no packaged foods or takeaways whatsoever.
I have also been taking flax seed oil as efa's are generally low in most of our "natural" foods due to LOT feeding and poor soil.
My blood pressure is 110/60, it has been 30 or 40 years since anyone has said to me "has your blood pressure always been low".
My wieght went from 175 lbs. to 154 and stable.
So yes Jo it works and it is natural.
