Would like to hear some personal experiences about this diet (SCD)

I am a member of http://www.crohnsforum.com , a forum for anyone affected by IBD. We are very interested in the SCD, but are really looking for some personal experiences to know what it has been like on the diet. Some of us have heard of it, but do not know how possible it really is.
