I have my daily dose of oils in my Shelley-shake - 2 tablespoons of Flax and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. They do help.
Its a real bummer having maldigestion and malabsorption at the same time. One means you have to eat less, the other means you have to eat more! Sounds like something out of "Alice in Wonderland" if you ask me!!
