All of us handle stress differently. YOur stress went to liver and bowels, messed that up... and you may have
food sensitivities your relatives don't have. Their stress will manifest differently because they stress in different ways. We're all individuals! but the basics of healing are the same no matter what your ailment is, the basic principles are the same no matter what.
Okay, your other symptoms are aiming at candida. Athelete's foot is yeast, so if you're prone to that you have systemic candidiasis and that's adding to your smell too. Which means you have a LOT of reading ahead of you! :) Below is a link to my FAQ which has candida notes.
The liver is always involved one way or another, even in constipation. To get better you need to cleanse the entire digestive system, and that includes the liver. :)
The lighter skin I remember reading about... think it was in conjunction with deficiencies... zinc? It should go away once you get balanced.
So yes, do plan on cleansing the liver, and you can use the clay in your drinks. If you can't find psyllium, look for flax seed instead, or a commercial fiber product with a bunch of different things, or just get into the habit of eating porridge for breakfsat every day. :)
