sallybb...sorry I'm not shelly, but I'd like to ask you a question if I may. First off...great job on the MC, it appears to be perfect for you. About your fibro you said you had. When you had it did you experience pain & burning on your upper back area & neck & if it did did those symptoms go away while on the MC? I haven't tried the Master-Cleanse fast but after reading your post I think I will. I have tried though the Master-Cleanse drink at times for my ph & it makes me feel great, just haven't tried it as a fast. So can you please help me with the fibro thing?
