Shelley, good news, (I hope).

Hey Shelley, got back the results of my chemical test and it was negative for everything except chloroform of which I'm not sure yet where I picked it up. No benzene or chlorethane. :) Lots of FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna since Dec. and the Body Pure foot pads. Skin brushing. Yoga. P/B shakes. Just want everyone to know. This has been a much better week than the last few. I think I'm starting to figure this stuff out (Lord willing). The candida toxins are the root cause for CFS, Fibro, and all the other things because of the level of dental Hg remaining in my system. Of which I believe most is in my liver.
So, Saturday is the next flush. Hopefully, I've got a better handle on the toxin thing so I handle the toxic release better. I do have leaky gut (taking a test tomorrow for that to see how severe) and have a colonic scheduled for 3 days post. I'm going to try Epsom Salts for Sat. and then SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) for Sun. Also, heavy on Primal Defense Sat. night and Casada Sagrada. I want a good flush with many stones. Been building electrolytes all week and am going for a Ascorbate "C" flush next week. My mind and my body keep saying to me that my liver and my gut are the source for health due to the Hg and candida. Easier to go into battle if you know who your enemy is and where it lives. You'll probably get a lot of emails from me next week after this liver flush.
