I am very interested in the health benefits achieved from the MC. However, I do not need to lose one single pound. That, plus I cannot fast due to my hypoglycemia, puts this cleanse off limits for me.
Is it possible to make the cleansing drink several times a day, perhaps with the ACV first and last drink of the day? Then have one or two others drinks, minus the ACV throughout the day? If I then ate a small lunch and regular dinner, would this provide similar cleansing effects without the weight loss? Even if it took longer, I would be all for it.
If this is not recommended, what could be done in its place?
