The Fleet enemas or other non-reusable instant enemas really only clean out the rectum, they do not get up into the colon. If ever you get something stuck theyr'e okay for that but not much else.

Wal-mart or similar has enema bag supplies, oftne large ones that double as a hot water bottle. Just 7 bucks, not a bad investment! The bucket setup I bought was 30 odd bucks, which is great, most are around 100 for some reason. Silly people. Tweet
