I'm taking Celtic Sea Salt ....the unrefined, grey, chunky, wet one. And I'm not taking alot of it. Only about 1/2 teaspoon per day. I recently made a bit pot of vegetable soup (7 gallons I think),and I put in about 3 1/2 tablespoons of Sea Salt . It lasts me about 4 - 5 days. I also drink fresh juiced veggies. And I do take in enough water daily.
Shelley, where can I get pottasium fron? Is that where the ACV comes in?
