Enema water

Okay, have to disagree with Johnny here! Sorry Johnny! :)

As long as you're doing a flushing type enema where the water is not retained that long, go ahead and use tap. Just be sure to add salt, preferably Sea Salt , to soften it. You can pour the water in the bucket and let it sit for 24 hours so the chlorine and whatever other gases have a chance to depart, if you wish, or using the water from the filter is great too. If you plan on doing colemas with their 5 gallon buckets, definitely get the water from the sink with the filter. :)

After every 4-6 enemas, do an implant of live acidophilus and take some SBOs. The combo of the two will restore yoru microbes. Until you're absolutely clean you won't have a healthy balance of microbes anyway! :)

For retention enemas use bottled water. Do not use distilled unless you are supplementing chelation therapy, need to get out a lot of aluminum or other metals. Distilled water acts on the body in weird ways, not good at all.
