Try taking a GOOD probiotic, like an acidopho/Bifidus combination and take 1 tsp (if powder, you can get capsule form too) 3 times a day. You may be bloated and having tummy pain because you have an overgrowth of bad bacteria in your gut - I know I had that problem. Once I started the probiotics I felt better in about 2 weeks, but I had to keep on it for a couple of months to avoid reccurance. Try it and good luck!!
