Pain in right lower abdomen?

Hi Shelley or others,

I have this recurring dull pain / slight swelling in my lower right abdomen. Any idea on what it might be? I think that it could be my ovary, since it seems to happen mostly during that time of the month.. but I rarely remember having the same sensation on the left side. (apparently your ovaries take turns each month with the menses)
