I am glad to see your castor oil packs help in the "poop" department. I am doing Dr. Schulze 's intestional formula #2 this week and am using the castor oil packs every night to see if they can help to soften the muck in my colon so it passes easier with this cleanse. I just finished day two and so far so good. This is significantly more flax and psyllium that I am used to taking but my body is handling it well thus far.

Good luck with the belly trim this week. Perfect timing for your vacation. We will miss you while you are gone but hope you have a great time.

My wife and I will gladly take your Golden Castor Oil Branch. While that was never her intended result, she is thrilled and now wants to take my castor oil pack away to do it again!! I told her she has to wait until my Bowel Cleanse is over on Friday.

.....and I thought I would have to fight her to do all these cleanses. She is doing better than I am and now she wants my castor oil pack!!! Women! Just kidding! I love you all!!
