Greens, greens, and more greens!!
Hey guys, I was just thinking that there is a big challenge for a lot of people to buy organic foods even though it's incredibly important to your health. But thinking about it I realized that some of the most expensive organic foods are fruits. But greens, the most of important food in any diet, costs just about the same as conventional greens. So, if you have a tight budget and can't really afford all organic foods, just buy your greens organic. Greens are so important in your diet and you want them to be as nourishing as they can, full of minerals and devoid of pesticides and other toxins. I've found that I don't really need to eat a lot of fruit and in reading about it, doing so can cause problems. All I can say is greens, greens, and more greens. They are the most important foods and therefore it's most important that they are organic. Lets face it, raw fooders tend to overdo the fats and fruits. But if your eating mostly greens in the form of salads, smoothies, and juices, not only will you be spending less on food but you'll be much much healthier as a result. So even if you can't really afford all organic fruits, if you still buy organic veggies you'll be far better of than before. I love supporting organic green growers.
