Re: seaweed salad recipe?

I mix raw apple cider vinegar with agave in my seaweed and add seeded, peeled and sliced cucumber with seeded and diced tomato. I use wakame or similar seaweed.

With Akame seaweed I add soaked sunflower seeds and sliced mushrooms with a creamy raw tahini dressing - I change it every time but it's some dressing I've made and added raw tahini for a creamy texture that goes well with the mushrooms and seeds.

I also read that the restaurant seaweed is cooked and lacks nutrients and of course has`regular Sugar and cooked vinegar. I did not think that mattered much with the vinegar but I had some regular balsamic the other day and took a huge nap after I ate in on a salad and I haven't done that for months since being all raw so maybe it does make a difference.

Anyway the seasoning for the restaurant stuff is Sugar and vinegar so I just changed it to healthier raw sweetener and vinegar.
