Re: For those of us with chronic sinus issues

I spend alot of time browsing in my nutrional store where I overhear conversations of various sorts and the one thing I hear customers absolutely raving about is the zylitol washes for the sinus's, its like they are really excited to share with total strangers. I dont have sinus problems but the comments I overheard lead me to try xylitol Sugar for candida. Well it really did pack a punch. I got terrible die off headaches and the most worse and painful gas and diarrhea. I saw candida threads in my urine too. But the fear of weight loss made me stop.
I go to this store about once a week, now they have a counter display of the xylitol wash, clerk said it was a top seller. I would try it if I had sinus problems.. hey now that I think of it I might try it even though I dont..who knows whats hiding in there..when I did the oil swishing my facial rash cleared..hmmm! Maybe there is a connection there. (thanks for making me think about this further)
