Yep, the beets evaporate off the right stuff and leave something calmly nutritious sort of like aged garlic isn't horrible for the sensitive stomach lining...

which you don't have to buy in bottles/ just bite to uncap the ends of each clove and & progressively nibble by your dish the discoloration in the hard papery pacckages ---
OR JUST SPLIT WITH KNIFE AND OPENLY OXIDIZE THESE WHITES YET UNDICED DELICIOUSLY TO GOLDEN IN A COLANDER!
Either Way, That Center Needs To Be Exposed Apparently,According To My Chef Hat Or Mind To Keep Things Sterile Versus Simply Rotting Which Might Be Staved Off Since In Expedited Time
