Wow, I'm soo glad you made the comment about betaine and pepsin. Those were just the ones I had started looking at.
Could you tell me why those should not be combined? If I read it, it might stay in my mind better and I will be able to use the info later.
Thanks so much for this post. My digestion has improved with enteric-coated peppermint oil, which I believe is reducing my colony of SIBO, and Kombucha tea seems to helping improve my current GI flora as it seems to have greatly reduced my intestinal bloat. Now with your information, I may have a way to prevent things from going awry again, and hopefully a way to assist a faster recovery now.
And it would definitely be a plus to finally resolve this adult acne! :)
