what a coinkidink-just went and got myself an artichoke to eat raw-I don't have a clue how this will taste. I'll just wait till dinnertime and if it's that bad I'll just make a salad.
For brunch, I took a fresh corn and cut off the kernels, a few grape tomatoes, small clove of garlic, and some basil and olive oil and put in in my food processor. It was a yummy dip for some carrots, sweet peppers, and string beans.
I wanted to make a sun-dried tomato dip, but couldn't find any organic olive-oil soaked, so I'll just make my own. That might be good to dip the artichoke in or to eat the heart with.
