Re: Hello!!

Wow, you really know so much, I think you could probably do this professionally, but then you would have to have patients like me who are so detailed oriented. =)

Ok so I just got home with some moly and magenese. I like to start one thing at a time and look for results do you think its good to start with the moly first? I got Carlson brand, I hope its ok. Im kinda worried that you mentioned the insomnia because thats a big issue for me, but I am soo low on energy a boost would be welcomed. I too have the soft (and loose) stools-calcium helped a little as did the Sea Salt . The only time they firm up is from eating lots of white flour. I have poor vision too so I will be checking for that possible improvement. How much would you suggest per day? My moly supplement has almost 600% of the daily recommended amount in one tablet. I too have tried tons of supplements and have gotten no results or reactions from them at all. I assumed that I just didnt need them, I think now I just wasnt breaking them down. Gosh you've got me excited to try the moly. One thing I'm worried about is it blocking vanadium, I have hyper and hypo glycemia and probably need the vanadium, do you think I should be supplementing it too?

Do you have any other supplemental reading about moly that you have found enlightening that you could direct me to? Any about iron and fatty acid metabolism?

What type of candida cleanse are you doing and are you done/cured?

Im taking zinc every day per your advice and I havent noticed much, should I be looking for anything in particular? The brand is Now zinc picolinate, do you think gluconate form has better absorption?

So all my reactions to the selenium/sulfur/vitamin C might be cleared up with the moly? And then would I also need to try them out again?

Yes, I have the same calcium skin peel reactions from reduced dosage and excess acid-thanks for the confirmation.I love this reaction too, but it would be nice to not have to go back and forth with the dryness. I do love the transformation as well. Its nice to see something happen with a supplement for once. Do you think the would calcium citrate contribute to acidity? I tried some and thought it caused insomnia-I assumed it was the citrate/vit C thing at play and didnt use it anymore.

Do you think we are playing with fire here by supplementing separate minerals? I have the fear of blocking other reactions and creating new issues, especially after reading everything on acu-cell.

thanks again for helping me sort this out. Sorry about all the questions.
