Re: We're both dizzy

There could be many reasons for this but it is interesting that the two of you experience the same things at around the same time. As far as protein, this may or may not be an issue. What was your diet like before you went RAW? Are there any other environmental considerations (changes)?

As far as nuts and seeds, you can eat too many as well and also if your not soaking them this can create a problem. What is your fruit intake like. It takes alot of fruit to get enough energy. My breakfast that I consume over an hour or more would be something like..8 oranges, a banana or two and a pint of berries.

I would add raw sauerkraut to the diet. I would also juice with some dark leafies in the mix. The Boutenko's have some good energy juice mixes to ensure good mineralization. I am suspecting a combo of lack of calories along with cleansing needs but the fact that both of you are experienceing it at the same time also suggests an environmental aspect.

Often people consume way to much fat (which seeds and nuts are). Hemp is a good source of protein if your concerned about that, as is algae or wheat grass. But you need wayyy less than what mainstream has determined that one needs (cattleman lobbyists at work). In a properly functioning system, we can synthesize protien as needed from aminos gathered in many foods. People that have a hard time synthesizing protein have other issues going on from toxicity and lack of nutriton from years of poor diet.

How much cleansing have you done thus far? It is important to "clean the stream" so to speak so everything is working optimally and all nutrients are being broken down and absorbed and without toxic accumulation. How reliable is your organic source, etc. Also do you eat the same foods over and over or do you include a variety?
